Lemon Juice. 2 tsp Shan Fried Chops & Steak Masala Mix. 1 tsp minced Ginger-Garlic. 1-1/2 cup Boiled Rice. 1/2 Red Onion. 1/2 Green Onion. 1 cup Mix Vegetable. 1/2 cup Broccoli. 1 Egg. 1 tsp Salt. 1 tsp Red Chili powder. 1 tsp Soy Sauce. 1 tsp Red Chili paste. 1 cup Lettuce. Ketchup. Recipe: Marinate the steak with lemon juice, Shan masala and minced ginger-garlic. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat some oil in a pan. Cook the steak on both side until for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Cover and cook until it's well done. (I like it well done. You can cook it as you want). Add butter on top for extra flavor. It will take 5-7 minutes on both sides. Once it's done cover it with foil for 5-7 minutes. Cut into thin slices. Keep it aside. In a wok heat oil. Add red onion and green onion. Fry for minute. Add mix vegetables. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli. Add egg. Scramble the egg. Mix it with the vegetable. Add salt and chili powder. Mix it well. Add steak. Add boiled rice. Add soy sauce and red chili paste. Add lettuce. I added ketchup. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. I added fresh green onion at the end. Enjoy.
